We want you to be completely satisfied with your LivingXL purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 90 days of your receipt. We will either send an exchange or refund the cost of the item - your choice. Returned products must be in new condition, be in the original packaging and include all original parts. To return an item, simply follow the instructions below. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred by us in shipping your order.
Non Furniture Returns
- Complete the Exchange/Return form included with your order. You can also download and print a copy of our Return Form.
- Repackage the item enclosing the completed Exchange/Return form
- Affix the adhesive return label that was included with your order. Simply peel the label from the upper right corner of the packing list. If you do not have the label, send the return to the address below
- Ship the package to us via UPS or any insured carrier.

Furniture Returns
If you want to return a furniture item, please call us at 1-800-535-7639. We will help arrange the shipment of the item back to us or directly to the supplier.
Non Returnable Personal Care Products
For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products may not be returned if they have been opened. If all the security seals are unbroken, then any personal care product may be returned.
